Postal Submission & Returns- Royal Mail Tracked
How It Works
Customers may either use our arranged Royal Mail tracked postage service or arrange their own insured delivery.
Option 1 We Arrange Postage (Recommended)
Option 2 Arrange Your Own Postage
1. Complete the submission form
Provide your contact details, item information and declared value so we can assess the correct postage and insurance level.
2. We calculate tracked & Insured postage
Using Royal Mail Tracked services, we determine the appropriate size, weight band and compensation cover based on the information provided.
Option 1 Legacy Authentication arranges the Postage
3. One upfront payment covers both directions
You make a single agreed payment that includes secure delivery to us and tracked return delivery once authentication is complete.
4. Label emailed for printing
We email you a prepaid Royal Mail label in PDF format. Simply print and drop off at your local Post Office, or arrange collection directly with Royal Mail.

2. Post your item securely & insured to the address provided
You may use your preferred courier or Royal Mail service, ensuring the parcel is fully tracked and insured based on its value.

3. Return postage will be arranged by us unless otherwise agreed
Once authentication is complete, we will arrange secure tracked return delivery and confirm the cost before dispatch, unless you request an alternative arrangement.

The following table provides a guide to our typical handling, packaging, insurance and postage charges for physical authentication services. Costs vary depending on the value, size and insurance requirements of the item being submitted.
A personalised quotation will be provided prior to payment, and customers are responsible for the cost of sending items to Legacy Authentication.
